Internal note — remove before publication

This document is a professional editable draft prepared for review by a qualified legal advisor. It intentionally does not state a business address, registered entity or governing jurisdiction; those must be supplied and confirmed by the owner. Do not treat this text as legal advice.

01

Agreement

These terms govern the use of this website and any coaching engagement agreed with The Composition Desk.

The contracting entity, its registered details and the governing law are to be confirmed by the owner and inserted here before publication.

02

Services offered

The Composition Desk offers five engagements: Nutrition Audit ($149 one-time), Nutrition Blueprint ($299 one-time), 12-Week Body Composition Coaching ($299 per month or $897 paid in full), Performance Nutrition Coaching ($399 per month) and Private Operator Nutrition ($750 per month).

Each engagement's inclusions, process and boundaries are described on the services page and form part of the agreement.

03

Acceptance of clients

Submitting an assessment is an enquiry, not a contract. The Composition Desk reviews each assessment and may decline an engagement, request written medical clearance, or refer you elsewhere.

An engagement begins only when it has been confirmed in writing and any required payment has been received.

04

Payment

Policy placeholder requiring owner confirmation: one-time services are payable in advance of the deliverable being prepared; monthly engagements are billed in advance of each service period.

Payment processor, accepted currencies and taxes are to be confirmed by the owner.

05

Cancellation and refunds

Policy placeholder requiring owner confirmation. Draft position: one-time services are non-refundable once the deliverable has been prepared. Monthly engagements may be cancelled with notice before the next billing date; the current paid period runs to its end.

Any statutory cancellation rights applicable in your jurisdiction are unaffected by this draft and take precedence.

06

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information at intake and during the engagement, to disclose relevant health information, and to consult your own physician before changing your nutrition.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Coaching provides guidance, structure and review; execution remains yours.

07

Scope of service

The Composition Desk provides nutrition coaching and education. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, does not provide medical nutrition therapy, and does not prescribe or interpret medication or laboratory results.

The Composition Desk does not provide services for eating disorders or disordered eating and will refer you to specialist care where indicated.

08

No guaranteed outcomes

No specific result, rate of change or timeline is promised. Individual responses vary with adherence, training, sleep, stress, genetics and medical context.

09

Intellectual property

Protocol documents, audits and written materials are provided for your personal use. They may not be resold, redistributed or published without written permission.

10

Limitation of liability

Placeholder clause requiring legal drafting for the applicable jurisdiction. It must not be relied upon in its current form.

11

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated directly to the client.
